What it does
EduSalone handles the ordinary work of a school: enrolment, attendance, tests and exams, report cards, school fees, and moving pupils up at the end of the year.
It follows the way our schools are organised: Nursery, Primary, JSS and SSS, with NPSE, BECE and WASSCE at the end of each stage. Each school sets its own marking scheme and grade scale for each level, because a Class 3 pupil is not assessed like an SSS 2 student.
It runs in a web browser and on Android phones, so a school can start with whatever it already has.
Where it stands. EduSalone is being tested in one school. We are still fixing and improving it from what we see in use. If you run a school and want to see it, message us and we will show you ourselves.
What a school can count on
Four things we would want if we were running the school.
Your records stay yours
One school can never reach another school's pupils, staff, grades or money. The database itself refuses it. It is not simply hidden in the app.
Marks that always agree
Scores, grades, averages and class positions are worked out in one place. A report card cannot disagree with the mark sheet it came from.
Documents anyone can check
Report cards and leaving certificates carry a reference number and a QR code, checkable online without an account, so a result cannot be forged in your school's name.
Made for our connections
Small downloads, light pages, and a plain message when the network is slow. Built for the phone a teacher carries.
